EduPro is designed for educators creating report drafts and teaching resources. Teachers should avoid entering unnecessary sensitive personal data and should review outputs before use.
Information used by EduPro
EduPro may process account information, content and preferences provided by teachers, subscription or token information, and Resource Library information needed to provide the service. Reports and lesson materials are drafted from information entered by users.
Student information
EduPro is intended to work with minimal or anonymised student information wherever possible. Teachers remain responsible for deciding what information is appropriate to enter under their school policies and legal obligations.
AI-assisted generation
Teacher-provided content may be sent to AI services to generate report drafts or teaching resources. Outputs should be treated as drafts and checked for accuracy, appropriateness, and privacy before use.
Resource Library and payments
Resource Library access, subscriptions, token purchases and resource sharing may require account and transaction information. Payment processing is handled by payment providers where applicable.
